This video is eyeopening, I think as generations have grown and passed, many people have been taking our natural world for granted. Many people less so now, have had opportunities to see glaciers and the arctic when it was covered in ice. It’s very important now to do our best to slow down the damage because what we have done is irreversible.
Also in regards to the video I didn’t realize that it was a 360 video until the end so I rewatched it and played with the angles.
I really liked how to video was interactive so I could move the image to see other things while the person was talking about everything that had to do with climate change in certain regions .
This video is fascinating and really dives into how traumatic global warming can and will be. It makes me realize that just because I do not see these changes happening right in front of me at the magnitude that someone else is seeing them (like the glaciologist), doesn’t mean that they won’t have a profound impact in my life. Global climate change is a very real event happening now and we need to understand this not only for ourselves but future generations.
the 360 videos was very cool to interact with. the deal with climate control is very important o knowing that the arctic is like this shows you that we need to start making a difference.
This was a captivating video. I cannot grasp the idea of this video getting into the hands of an individual denying science. The comprehensive, breathtaking, and time consuming process of measuring climate change shown in the video goes to show that there are reliable people obtaining this data. There are studies that are measuring the extent of how our carbon foot-print is affecting the earth. Not to mention the beautiful tones of color throughout this video… Truly amazing.
